October 2010 as purchased (complete bike as spec'd by Surly, plus

September 2015 (new handlebars, stem, saddle, seatpost, rear derailleur and cassette, plus bell
):
March 2017 (Straggler front fork, dynamo disc-braked front wheel, plus dynamo lighting, compact handlebars). Will be looking to change the stem soon given the shorter reach bars here, but it's no bad thing being slightly more upright for city commuting.
